Hi ,
I am looking for the best possible catering service for around 30-35 people. I need food and plates etc as well . Could anyone suggest few names so that I can finalize a place .
I will be very busy during that time , so I am looking for someone with all the utensils etc and a server too if possible.Although I am not sure if it is possible.
** I know there are some posts requesting the same but I read 'em all and there was nothing much to help

India's taste at Brampton (google) would be very good.
Theur taste is fantastic.
They do not serve so advertize in Kijiji for a server / maid on that day.

Here catering is limited to food mostly .. either pickup or delivery @ extra charge.
Rajdhani is a top caterer ... Have never been disappointed over last 15 times at self , friends and office ... $6 / person. But it is veg only.
India's Taste would be expensive .
I generally find 01 post posters as suspect but if you are really interested I can ask a friend who had got catering done from some one @ Oakville who actually brings his one staff besides himself and sets up the warmers and all also .. However I did not find his food appealing .

I would really appreciate if you can give the contact of Oakville location that you are talking.
Also I am thinking to hire someone who can come in a truck and cook/warm food , right at the location. This way I do not have to worry about cold food and warming it up later.

I think you mean 'fresh' rather than 'hot'
Any food however fresh it may be , would need re warming to stay warm.

I also noticed that you meant 'best' , not 'cheap and best' which is generally what I look for 
In the best category , you might want to contact some banquet halls also since they may have more contacts ....
Verdi Banquet Hall in Malton is what I passed by Monday which reminded me some how of it being mentioned on CD before .
Not sure about this but Kala's Kitchen @ Matheson Eglinton area may also be worth checking out .. They had a big banner when I passed them last ....
But under any case , go for a popular restaurant (in case you decide to go for restaurants) , others may provide stale food ...
Talking of restaurants - 'Doaba' is also a reasonable name amongst restaurants offering catering .

or if budget is not a constraint then you may book one of the hall in India's taste or Tandoori flame.
They don't charge anything extra for room, you pay just based on number of people.

I have heard some advertisements on punjabi radios where they name a restaurent which has a truck as well . So they drive the truck to your place and cook/heat up the food there.
If I could get some service like that , half of my worry will be over.
