Any ideas regarding prospects for a SAP BW Pro with 2 years of experience in TO?

The feedback that I am getting from my business associates regarding SAP is as follows:
1. SAP is ramping up it's own consultancy/professional services setup. It is on a hiring spree an hence a good prospective employer itself for SAP consultants.
2. SAP BW is relatively new but gaining increasing recognition. The module that is expected to HOT in the future is MDM. I suppose that stands for Master Data Management and am told that SAP consultants with BW & MDM would be in great demand for quite some time to come.
3. There seems to be a shift in emphasis towards mySAP which I presume is the web enabled version of SAP.
Overall, things seem to be looking up for SAP consultants.
Is your SAP BW friend a Canadian citizen and interested in opportunities with one of the Big Four in the US? If so, please tell him to send his resume to me. I can ensure that his resume would reach the right desk, right person and perused at least once. Thereafter, it enters the domain called LUCK.
Hope this helps.
