Hello ..

Recently we received our file no and we might migrate to Canada next year..
Actually I am in a tricky situation now..I was working as a programmer in IT field and worked on VB/Oracle for 2 years. But I had to give up my job to take care of my newborn. Now I want to do the career in IT training..
I want to ask what are the prospects for this profession?
Which Certifications would help?

Are computers/IT courses taught in schools?
If so..what certification/course is required??

Also my husband is QA Manager in Food Industry..
He has done ISO/HACCP (which are international) certifications for this industry.
Anybody from the similar field knows job prospects for food industry?
