TAIPAN comes to mind first. They depart from Richmond Hill as well (HWY7/Commerce Valley Drive (W).

The tours are very fast paced, you get to see (SKIM) most of the attractions. Stops mostly at Chinese joints for meal breaks.

Pros:
For once you can be chauffeured around.
You can see a lots (I mean lots!) of places in 3 days.
It will cost you the least.

Cons:
You will see lots but will remember nothing! As Hchheda said it's more of skimming exercise. It's more for tourists who like to boast of travel pictures all over their living room.
You will be driven around a lot. You might stop for just half an hour at each place. These tours are ideal for senior citizens who cannot do much driving on their own.

Best way to visit it to rent a car. Leisurely stay at a hotel in Montreal. Allow 2 days for Montreal and 1-2 days for Ottawa. You will really feel and enjoy like a tourist.

I have been used Taipan tour for 3 days and we are happy with it.

I know tour is little bit hectic, but you do not have to worry about driving and they cover most of the places as well.

Thanks , Hiren, Ajax Desi, RBO , for your inputs, although I have driven to all this places, it is for my daughter, who is visiting here with her husband, , who needs to travel on their own, and without a car.

I once went to Montreal and stayed for 3 days. Though I went in my car, I was unable to see many places as I could not find where they were. It seemed that I travelled around in circles. After coming back, I found out over a period of time that I missed many important places. So best is to go on a bus trip and then follow it up with a car trip later in life. This is my general comment.
