Me, Myself and Despremi are talking about the same Mechanic. Bobby is the owner, Brett is the manager for the Eglinton/Tomken shop.They just bought the franchise at Dundas.

A humble request to all our Desi businessmen and would be entrepreneur(s). Even if you do not have a car for repair kindly visit their location either at Tomken/Eglinton or at Dundas to observe the way they deal with their customers and also their employees. Many times I have been dropped off or picked by their employees and never once they have bad mouthed their management but always praised them. When you work or deal with employers who are abusive to their employees and you find a different type of employer(who respects their employees) you tend to go back to them for rewarding their attitude.They are far ahead of the the typical Canadian businesses and I have not seen a single Desi run business which can even reach to their door steps in the communication matters. I have only come about Desis owners shouting at their employees and being rude with their customers.

Till to date I have not had any problems with their repairs. More than that I like to visit them for their customer service.

Why do our Desi businesses do not understand that business is not just selling a product or service but building a life long relationship with their customer base !.

This is cool. Just day before yesterday I went to this Midas on Dundas street opposite to TD bank and got my fuel lines changed. Bobby done the repair himself at a competative rate and I feel he is a honest guy. I guess I will be going there again for any repairs in the future. The best thing is that I got 1 year written warranty for the repair too..

I normally go to Ayub Patel(Naaz Motors) on Midwest, Scarborough. Very honest and straight forward guy, does the job at a very good price and for small things he would not even charge money. You may have to wait for a while as his place is always crowded and not that well organized.

I go to Gillman's(ask for Ray)at Ellesemere & Bellamy, honest guy, only repairs what is needed,lookup yellowpages for add and ph
