Jay Leno commented in one of his programs about the Russian spaceship that had its computers not functioning.
He said the spaceship flew over India so that Indian Techies could fix the problem in the Russian Computers.

Yeah, once he had commented - look at India, both their prime minister and president are doctors, and look at us, what do we have sitting in our white house.
Yeah, he is so funny, I like him most out of all late night comics.
I understand this is very subjective...but I hate Leno and find him hardly funny. He is the dumbest, most ignorant "comedian" on planet earth. He reads off of cue cards in case you didn't know. Also, in the world of stand-up comedy (where he actually started...at the famous "Improv" ), there are so many funny comedians...he pales when compared to them all.
Letterman, on the other hand, is truly funny. His extemporaneous bits are legendary akin to the late and most revered lat night host, Johnny Carson. Although he reads off of cue cards too, he does have a sense of humour of his own.
And you think NBC chose Leno as Carson's successor because of his talent? There's a book on how and why NBC chose Leno over Letterman (who left NBC and joined CBS after this)...I can't remember the name of the book or maybe it was part of another biography...I will update this thread once I find it.
News for you .... every talk show host reads off cue cards ...... Letterman & him .... well choice is personal & subjective...... Leno has better ratings though
