CIC in Mississauga. Ontario, is one such place. Contact CIC call center at 08:00 hrs.
If you are anywhere close to any of the Immigrant Help Centers, please drop in and visit them and get all of it done through them. You pay the VISA fees to extend. But the service is FREE. See CD postings for their locations.
