Hello All

I am planning to move in apartment from basement as I have new born baby.
Please guide me in selecting good family apartment in scarborough, I am looking for 2 bedroom apartment with easy commute to elementary school and TTC, I prefer near to scarborough town center. I can efford under $ 1000 per month .

What documents do the apartment office want from us, our present situation is not good as my husband has lost job and I am on maternity leave. Please guide me in this regard as this is our first time for renting apartment.

AT MC COWAN AND SHEPHORD, GOOD APARTMENT WITH LOT OF DESI AND LOWEST RENTAL AROUND 900 PER MONTH FOR TWO BEDROOM AND 40$ EXTRA FOR BASEMENT PARKING OR 25$ PARKING FOR OPEN.
