hello members

have applied for backoffice job and spherion hires for top banks i have got a call from them stating that i have to fill few forms for credit check and criminal
check ,what would be the next step anyone dealth with them before .

I don't have a good experience with Staffing agencies. I always prefer to deal directly with employers rather than recruiting agencies

It will be fine and go to spherion and do the paper work.

they are good agencie and have lot of backoffice jobs with major banks.

This is one of the hiring procedure steps.

Normally they ask this kind of information when candidate's profile matches with their client's existing or future requirements

Next Step:

If your profile matches with immediate openings than they will arrange for interview with client

If not than they will keep your record in their database as job ready candidate. As and when requirement arises they will send you for interview.
