You missed the gist of the message ..Didn't you.
We all are very good in judging people who we hardly know . We may have little or no knowledge of business but can give BEST advise on any subject . After all internet has made us jack of all trades .

No one is disputing the OP's venture is going to be a success. You totally missed the point, didn't you ?
But its not going to be a success for the poor & gullible people who would be exploited left, right & centre & will get peanuts at the end of the day.
Tell THEM that your venture was successful, when they won't be able to even pay their rent or put food on their table, when this commissioned only job pays them a pittance after ALL the long and hard hours they put in.
OP makes $ 10,000 and the poor gullible person makes $ 500 for 200 hrs of his work ..guess who is successful here
I would rather be unsuccessful in my venture than be successful on the backs of poor & exploited gullible people. Trust me I have had plenty of opportunities to do so , but my values, principles, ethics & consceince won't allow me to do that.

Also in your opinion (much like TK) - a welfare or cash job would be better for technically qualified people. You find all this very funny - isn't it? Hmm....
You have NO idea about what my education is, you know NOTHING about me , so stop embarassing yourself by just assuming & guessing things about me.
There is NO paradox in my post .
Foreign degrees & experience are not recognised over here, so just wanted to clarify if you are also the same like the rest over here , or there is a VERY remote possibility that you are DIFFERENT & actually realise the whole BS of CDN experience/education requirement..and are OK with desi experience.
Being technically qualified is NOT the issue , Canada NOT recognising their techiclal qualification is the issue. If Canada was recognising it , they would already be working in that Technical field of theirs.
Hence WELFARE & cash job is a very good option for them ..definitely a better option than doing some home based COMMISSION ONLY IT recruitment job , which will pay them next to nothing at the end of the day.
Welfare & cash job will help them pay rent & put food on the table fo their family, when their technical qualifications are not recognised or given any value
I can't say about anybody else but I will not live even a single day in foreign land if I have to be on welfare or borrow food from food banks to stay alive .

Didn't miss anything. The gist of your message is OP's venture is evntually going to be successful ( never disputed that )
But the real gist ..which you clearly missed is , the Commisioned only gullible people won't be successful at all , and will get peanuts for all their hard work & efforts. They will be extremely lucky if they manage to even pay their rent at the end of the day, with what they earn.
Try doing that job yourself and see what you get at the end of the day ..it won't even be minimum wage after all is said & done ..and that too without any guarantees..it won't even be a survival job for them.
