If there is a restaurant - the waiters /chefs do all the "hard" work and get a salary of say 3000/5000 respectively. But the owner makes 50,000 - do you think this is wrong?

Wrong comparision.
The restaurant owner takes the lease, buys equipments, invests his time and money and hires people.
He pays more than the market wage + tips. If the restaurant flops (as many do), the restaurant owner declares bankruptcy and the chefs / waiters move to the next restaurant. Which desi resturant owner makes $ 50,000 profit with buffets at 11.99 $ + tax?

In your case, the concept is different. The owner gets people to do all the hard work and then gives a commission, if and only if, recruitments happens and the person stays 1 month in the job are so. There is a lot of difference.

Soon, I shall start a thread about my buisiness idea and let people tell me what they think. I am going to give a 50% share of the profits but will not be hijacking your thread.

Ignorance is bliss. Lack of knowledge rules over expertise. The art of turning something simple into something sordid. Resorting to gender bias and threats of complaints.

One can deal with negative opinions - but there is no hope with negative people.

You are welcome to wallow in your world of utter despair - where everyone is unhappy and the evil world is out to take advantage of the hapless innocents. You - Hero of the downtrodden - helper of the poor.

Please continue your crusade against such exploiters. This is indeed a noble cause. You are an asset to society and any community you are a part of. Impressive.

I just received a nice msg which I could not resist to share .

A Frog decided to reach the top of a Tree. All frogs shouted, "Its impossible, Its Impossible."

Still the frog reached the Top.

How ?

Because He was Deaf
and He thought, everyone was encouraging him to reach the top.

"BE DEAF TO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. IF YOUR AIM IS TO REACH YOUR GOAL"

P.S: My best wishes for your endeavors . I know that your venture despite of a rough ride will be a success .

Kudos to you and your efforts to build an enterprise out of an opportunity. Hope you don't take too seriously the negativity expressed by some here - it is a public board and we expect all kinds of comments. IMHO, these comments will indeed help you in focusing on your approach going forward so you dodge such people in real life.

I am sorry there is nothing I can contribute to your endeavor since I am not from that field.

Wish you good luck.

Hi ,

If it walks like a scam , talks like a scam , most likely is ....

If some one is sincerely interested in working for recruitment , one should join the industry.

A minimum wage should be provided which can then be subtracted from the commission ( if any comes up during the month) ..This would keep both parties happy.

Yup ..its wrong comparision . The waiter atleast gets minimum wage + TIPS for all the long hrs he puts in.

Just put in a commission only waiter job and see how many waiter's show up.
