Following are the list of documents submitted and other to be followed at the time of interview.

From April 2001 to June 2004 I have been asked following documents and which i have submitted, but not any filled up forms:
1) English proficiency document
2) Change in Address
3) Bank statement showing balance
4) Any updation in the field of job, education etc.
5) List of Trips

In interview call letter they have stated to bring the following at the time of interview:
1) Letter of invitation to the interview
2) Valid passport for each person
3)Originals of Marraiger, birth, death, divorce certificates, if applicable
4) attached IMM008 Scheduled 1 duly completed by each person, a new one is required to update the file.
5) attached IMM5562 form (list of trips) duly completed by each person.
6) any documents specifically asked.

As well additional documents if applied as a skilled worker
1) Originals of educational certificates and diploma
2) originals of work certificates or other documents proving work experience
3) a recent bank statement indicating balance
4) past 6 months bank statement in which salary is deposited.
5) 3 most recent pay slips
6) photos of work place
7) work contract.

Now could you guide me on the following
1) Whether i have to bring photos all the work places i have worked for or only the recent work place, i am working for?
2) Whether to bring work contract of all the companies for whom i have worked or only the last recent job contract can do?

Please do advice on the above and suggestion are welcomed.
