   Different but just OK .: ...Hi , We visited this place last weekend and though the place and the food was different , nothing much to write about as the variety was also not much ....but the sever gets the dosa / paratha to the table which was a pleasant change . Would prefer Udupi , Mississauga and Sarvana Bhawan buffet any day .... though they do not have non veg food , like Chennai Spice ... but the variety & quality of food is better ..

Not sure about this but Kala's Kitchen @ Matheson Eglinton area may also be worth checking out .. They had a big banner when I passed them last .... But under any case , go for a popular restaurant (in case you decide to go for restaurants) , others may provide stale food ... I tell you its worth visiting this restaurant if you really like authentic fresh South Indian food. Today, I was totally amazed when I saw Nanak Rasmalia ($8.75 for 10) and Nanak Paneer ($1.75Kg @ 17.00) at Costco. I could not believe it when my wife showed it to me. Since last many months, I have been shoping at No Frills for basic Indian spices needs. The No Frills near to my house is selling All Quality Brand Spices, Lintels (or Pulses we say), Haldiram Namkin, Haldiram Sohan Papri, Quality Pani Puri and much more. I have stopped going to Indian Stores. Couple of stores those were opened last year have already closed their shops. Moreover, the Canadian Brand Stores are cheaper than Indian ...

   I learned to cook and I think I am doing good: ...We started cooking North Indian and South Indian food most of the time at home we are loving it. We still eat outside sometime but its not as frequent as we use to and I think part of the problem is that if you eat frequently outside then you don't enjoy evenif the food is tasty. Keep eating outside guys. I don't want our fellow Indian Brothers to loose business.

I am an expert in cooking south Indian food, including very soft idlis, excellent dosais, (Even in a very cold weather),variety vadais and different types of snacks. I can even take cooking classes. There is one at St Clair West near Yonge street that caters to West Toronto I believe there is one in Mississauga catering to Peel Region.
