   ...It's been over 5 and a half months since a friend applied for Citizenship at the Mississauga Center (applied at the end of January/early Feb). He hasn't received anything in the mail from CIC so far. Can those who have applied recently say what is the normal time that one can expect some sort of letter from them?

All the Highways are pretty easily accessible. I am right now in Etobicoke, and I seriously do like this place. But one issue I can think of ... No new Real Estate project coming up around north of 401. Whatever I see are fairly old around 30 years old houses and some old town houses.

Need to have a balance diet and lifestyle. At times it's easier said than done, but try. Who cares about these studies, anyway?

However we were reciprocating many things with him. Indian food, Love to his dog (Most important), Cleaning drive-ways, Snow blowing, Greeting cards, sending gift during their festivals etc. etc. You may like to consider sending a "Thanks" card for now.

   ...I have been living in Milton for 7 years now and can definitely say I have not heard about any gang activity such as the one being described above. I can tell you that Milton is expanding and there are definite growth opportunities. In terms of going to Mississauga, Milton now has a desi grocery store, Loblaws carries other Indian items and all other major stores (Walmart Supercentre, schools etc) are all within 10 minutes away. I think its a great investment but it depends on your needs and what you are looking for:) If you need any help in deciding, message me and I can help with this.

   ...Are you 12 - 14 years old? Would you like to travel on MiWay for free this summer? How about free public swimming at both indoor and outdoor pools? Then you need a Freedom Pass! Your Freedom Pass allows you to ride for free on MiWay within Mississauga and free participation in public swims at City operated pools from July 1 to August 31, 2015. All you have to do is click here or go to any City of Mississauga community centre to complete an application form, then submit your completed form in person at your local community center (along with one piece of identification) and have your photo taken to create your personalized pass. Rasoi & Restaurants: Restaurants with function room for hire?

   ...Hi, I've looked at the Yellow Pages, etc. but still can't find a restaurant that has a function room, or a private dining room to either hire or use for free for about 40-50 people. Does anyone know of any? Does not have to be Indian, but I would prefer it. I've tried banquet halls but they can be quite expensive. Brampton/Mississauga location. Thanks for any suggesions. PP

Just Landed: How to choose a family doctor !

   Family doctor: ...ne after 2 months. That is the only disadvantage but if you are Ok with any tom, then walk in is good for you. Also in walk in your can visit doctor any number of times, till you get an antibiotic. For example, in Mississauga, when they prescribe nothing for running nose, I go to 2 or 3 more walk in's till I locate an Indian doctor in the walk in.
