TOI has given a list of 20 top songs of this year

It is scary, when I have heard only 2 out of 20 songs (Parineeta & Veer Zaara). But it happens, when I equate Music = Kishore Kumar AND/OR Lata Mangeshkar AND/OR Pancham.

I tried to listen to the title song from \"Neal and Nikki\", but midway in song, I realized, that sticking to Pancham songs was a better idea.

Thanks for the link...was interesting going thru it...and finding out that i have heard only 9 out of 20 songs...well not too bad . i guess we are lagging behind... dont know about neal an nikhil, but u shud try listening to songs from paheli (esp dheere jalna),salaam namaste and bunty aur bubli....they are actually quite nice. but i wonder how the songs from Dus, Buffmaster, Kyunki are....?i didnt even know these were out already.
