Hello CDs,

I am looking for some information regarding Driving instructor for my brother.

1. Rates: is $30 per hour sound ok? 6 years back we paid $20 per 45min.
2. Time: when they say hour does it mean 1 hr or 45min?
3. Instructor: any one knows good instructor (reasonable)

Please help.
