Contact Humber college,
They have nice courses.
I suggestion is to study what you think would be useful to you from a knowledge perspective. You can do that from books and free online resources if you want. Being a project manager I hire programmers and I also know a lot of other folks who hire java programmers. Degree courses or certificates count for next to nothing when it comes to experience and knowledge. To get to the interview you need a resume which talks about your experience and skill set. To pass the interview you need technical knowledge and people skills.
bottomline: doing a course is not going to improve your oppurtunities, but you may gain some new networking opportunities. If you already have a job in java leverage that as far as possible to learn new things and introduce new things in your current project. There may be people who hire based on college, degrees and certificates, but I haven't come across a single one in all these years.
