Hi
I have a bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Now working in a mobile company for 2yrs. I want to go to Canada with student visa. My gpa was very low 2.96 out of 4. Please help me in finding some universities or colleges where I can get admission to related M.Eng. or post-graduate diploma program. Please give me some experienced advice. I applied to few universities (u of ottawa, alberta, saskatewan, dalhousie, and windsor) and recently got rejection letters. Please help me..

Upgrade your marks for admission.
Contact the student advising department of a university you wish toa ttend and ask them what you could do to improve your GPA.
Athabasca University is a online university from ALberta that will allow you to upgrade ur courses and its all paper or web based so you could do it anywhere in the world I believe.

Best way to get proper information is to communicate with admissions office of universities you are considering to attend. I did the same and believe me; I got very good guidance and information.

Hi guys:
Thanks for informative replies. I have few concerns here:
1. If I take an admission in a college for a technician or a one yr post-grad diploma, will they give usually give student visa? With by background being an electrical eng now working.
2. What are the universities you suggest to communicate about their usual lowest gpa enrollment? Last time I applied to those where a higher second class was the admission requirement, but I got rejected. So how can I know the actual requirement?
I am worried about admission chances with my low gpa
Thanks
