Have you ever considered 'Software Quality Testing. The field is in demand, and you may get a foothold in IT sector this way. However, having said that, Canada has a very little (next to nothing) good training centres for this course. Even if you find it in any University, it will cost you a whopping $5000-7000. As others mentioned, Accounting/Finance is also an option for you considering you've done B.Com(H).

Keep your options open. I am not sure about Accounting, but if you plan to go to 'QA Testing' track, then it's wise to do it from a good institution in India than here.

Also, keep an eye on all the major job boards, such as:

http://www.monster.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK
http://www.craigslist.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK
http://www.bestjobs.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK

This will provide you a further insight.

The reason why good QA courses are hard to find is because minimal knowledge is required to get into QA.. Smart ppl get in without doing courses and faking exp..

I would recomment HiTech institute(1500$).. but for some ppl this course may seem too crunched...
