"Uttarayan" and "Patang" - two I can never ever forget. Starting Diwali we used get on our terrace and fly kites. The week of Uttarrayan was eat, drink, sleep Patang. Buying patangs by 'kodi'. I have very fond memories of this festival. My favourite festival full of Chikki, Undhiyo and the treats.

Count me in for any such event in GTA. Lets do something this summer.

Hi everyone,

I still remember to wake up early on Jan 14 for Kite-flying. We still miss those beautiful days !!! Oh man, may be it will never come again.

Let's start right now and may be we all Patang lovers can arrange something concrete for this Summer....

Good idea Chandresh,

I am ready too........please lets make some thing fun for this summer so everyone rememeber our old days at back home.

I am living in Mississauga, I think we do not needs a special permission for park for this kind of fun, but i am not sure. anyone on this forum have a idea about rules and regulations.....please share it and we can move one step ahead on right direction.....
