I have a re leasing /renting out my property.
I bought it to use as my principal residence.


Now that its use is changing,
1) Do I have to take permission of the Bank?
Is it a complicated process and what if they disagree?

2) Since this was my first home I did not pay land transfer tax
and occupied the property immediately and have been here for 8 months.
Do I lose the LTT?
Is there a mimimum time I have to stay in this property?
