hello friends
if anyone working in the banking or insurance industry can answer this question
if working in the insurance industry with a top notch bank can we
pursue real estate career or will it be a problem
called FSCO and they dont have any problem with the same
pls help thanks
I didn't understand your question.
What do you mean by "problem". If you are asking weather you can get in to real estate career as a second career while working on other job ..... you can always do that. Real estate career is wide and highly competitive. You can get into it if you have the flair, talent and required knowledge.
Are you joking?
Which Immigrant real estate agent has flair , talent and required knowledge.
Real estate field is meant for people who have no other job or career at hand. It was a luck that Canada RE market is booming for the last 8 years with all the immigrants pouring in.
Can a RE agent in Canada survive in USa with his 'so called ' flair.
Peace

Banking / Insurance and Real Estate are completely different line of business .
There should be no conflict of interest . Just make sure that due to your part time business , you dont less concentrate on your prime work . I know people who are making fortune in RE because they were focused and honest.
