This is the guy Jeevan Punni who is also advertising on 1650 radio. I have heard him his ad few times.
Location seems to be Bay and Adelaide. Starting price is $200k which is sure a studio condo. Area is downtown or closeby so be mindful that the price will be high. Toronto downtown blowout sale for condo? blowout sale for condo? Just an advt concept i guess. Hard to believe.
