B.Tech from Hyderabad,
http://www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit/learning_methodology.html
http://www.iiit.ac.in/academics/programmes/postgraduate

Take a look at Group B, Will your Post Graduate Diploma, get you a job in any of the listed jobs in that group. After obtaining the required PG Dip. can you get a job and work for a period of TWO good years in that post. If so, do it and then get employed profitably and then apply for that category.

HERE IS WHAT THEY ASK :
Applicants are required to meet following four requirements:
- An offer of employment from up to two employers in Canada of at least one year duration or a Certificate of Qualification from a provincial or territorial Apprenticeship Authority;
- Proof of language proficiency from a designated language testing organisation and meet the minimum threshold;
- Twenty-four months of full or equivalent part time work experience in the same skilled trade in the last five years and
- Meet all job requirements for that skilled trade as set out in the National
Occupation Classification (NOC)
NOC : LINK
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/work/wic-tool.asp
Example : Heavy Duty Mechanic.
http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/show-search-results.do?source=cic

Now, do you have some one in Canada who can get you a job here. If not, then you will not be able to avail that route.

IS IT CLEAR NOW?

Group B:- No sub-caps applicable:
- Machinist and machining and tooling inspectors
- Sheet metal workers
- Structural metal and plate work fabricators and fitters
- Iron workers
- Welders and related machine operators
- Electricians (except industrial and power system)
- Industrial electricians
- Power system electricians
- Electrical power line and cable workers
- Telecommunications line and cable workers
- Telecommunications installation and repair workers
- Plumbers
- Steamfitters, pipe fitters and sprinkler system installers
- Gas fitters
- Construction millwrights and industrial mechanics
- Heavy-duty equipment mechanics
- Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics
- Railway Carmen /women
- Aircraft mechanics and aircraft inspectors
- Elevator constructors and mechanics
- Crane operators
- Drillers and blasters – surface, mining, quarrying and construction
- Water well drillers
- Underground production and development miners
- Oil and gas well drillers, servicers, testers and related workers
- Petroleum, gas and chemical process operators
