Hello,

Nowadays,I have been searching for Rental Apartments near Islington and Bloor, Islington and Dundas, Etobicoke and the rentals are 1000-1250$ per month. My budget is 1000-1150$ per month.
Are pests problem common in their apartments and condos? How is this area for living with kids?Which community is living in this area?

If anyone could guide me for short term cheaper accommodation for 3 or 4 days in Etobicoke, then it would really help me.
In which area are you guys residing in Etobicoke?

Thanks a ton.....
Regards,
Musk.

I used to live at Old Dundas road (Dundas steet west) west of jane, some 6 years back and rents were the cheapest there. However the advantage is that it is a predominantly whites area and hence very safe. There are numerous buses to Islington and Jane stations (5 mins drive).
I used to pay $ 780 for a one bed semi basement suite.
If it is only 3 or 4 days, stay in some motels or some homeless shelter (if you have less luggage). You can also get your food from soup kitchens / food banks.
