Hello All.
My mom will be traveling from Hyderabad to Toronto in the first week of July, 2014. I haven't booked her ticket yet. I am looking for someone traveling during that week and would be willing to help in filling the forms or changing terminals. Please do let me know if there's someone out there who can help me. I suggest request for the wheel chair for your mom (with due respect she may not need one but for the ease of transit , also some European airports are miles long). Then it is responsibility of airlines to help in transit. Ask your mom to insist in using one and ask for it in every transit including at destination.
