Hello,

Recently I update my Samsung S4 phone with 4.4.2 version and now problem started with Wi-Fi network..

At my house, no issue I can connect Wi-Fi without any trouble but in my Office I am not able to connect Wi-Fi network...before updating the phone Wi-Fi was working great at the office.

it shows on the phone saved network but no internet at all.

anyone in the forum have any solution or similar experience?

regards

Try scanning for networks and connecting manually.

Or delete the existing office wifi connection entry on your phone and create a new one ..

it shows all open Wi-Fi availability but office open Wi-Fi shows saved only (not connected)...strange??

I have a perfect solution which works like a charm everytime .

There is a small brown bin right behind your office . Approach very slowly and cautiously around 5:30 P.M sharp and gently drop this S4 there . Make sure you wrap it properly to avoid any damages or scratches.

Once done start your computer and visit http://www.rogers.com" rel="nofollow">LINK to select S5 at "0" cost . Voila you are back in business .

Did you try to disconnect it manually and then reconnect to it manually by providing the password if needed .... Is your office wifi working for others ....

To rule out whether its a phone or office wifi problem , please try to connect to a new wifi - say @ Timmys , TTC or Public Libraries .

is that the Kit-Kat version ???

if yes....try turning the bluetooth off & see if you can connect to wifi

Also uninstall McAfee Security from your phone.

The most logical reason is that McAfee is creating a conflict with your office security thing....
