Hi!

I need advice from you experts i hope someone will guide me.

I am B.com degree holder and have done computer courses from India, it is almost 7 months and i am not getting good job, just labor job from agency. I want to continue my studies on part- time basis.

I am interested in joining Canadian Securities course at centennial college. I hope to get some good office job after the finish of course at some Bank or financial institution.

Please guide me ... Is it advisable to do or shall I do other course.

Thanks in advance to all :D .

Sonu

hi,

csc is a good starting course. u may try to do it from csi (correspondence ) and not thru a college and save some money. i am not sure of the cost if u do it thru centennial college

this may be good time, becoz of TFSA, a lot of financial companies will be looking out for people ( although temps ). it would atleast serve as a stepping stone to office jobs.

u never know, u could get full time later. thats how i started.

some companies may want CSC completed. but some would be ok, if u show it on ur resume.

all the best and cheers.....

Hi,

It is good if you take Canadian Securities Course directly with CSI.

Colleges just prepare you to write the exam, just still have to register with CSI and do the exams to get cerfication. It will cost you double.

I have done the CSC and our company also looking for people and offer you study program at discount. email me if you interested
