Dear Freddi

are you sure that the immigration officer will not ask me for this reference?
as it will consider a change in my info that i provide in the PR application card?
they will not require me to give them this reference ? cz they need to know your work since u become a PR.
if they need what could i do in case i would not be able to get this reference?
thanks

You are still working with them, So, wait till you are about to leave them. At that time you will have a copy for your reference.

Some employers who need your services there might not want to know that you are quitting from their employment. So, put off the request till about the time you are ready to leave. You said THREE months and hence my response.

Freddie.

I think that i will not come to do my landing until I resign then I will not be required to provide any reference as long as i quit this work before I become a PR
what do u think of this ?

in the application of PR card for the first time applying.
In the section of work history. In case I will come to do my first landing while I am still have my work outside Canada. While I land I become a PR so consequently I must write this job in the work history as I will be counted as Canadian PR.
my question is that later on after I get my PR I wish to go outside and resign from this job, but in case i wouldn't be able to get a reference that I resigned (as some employers will not accept easily that you are quitting them) How could I convince the responsible committee in Canada that I quit that job. Specifically in the last page of the application of PR card I will sign that we will inform them of any changes.
your quick reply is highly appreciated because I am waiting to know whether I quit this job before I land or I will go landing and come back, my worry is not to be able to get a resignation acceptance letter to provide for the Canadian Citizen & Immigration
Sincerely

dear freddie
in case i will not be able to get this reference of acceptance of my resignation to show to the Citizen & immigration ,there is no alternative documents like to show them the cancellation of the visa of the country that I work in this can't be a proof that i quit the whole country including quitting the work!!!

Dear Freddie

Good day

I have one think that may relief my worry
you told me that they don't care whether I still have work outside Canada when I become a PR
all what they care about is not to exceed outside Canada 1095. AM I correct in what i mentioned?
second they will never ask me to show any employment proof in case i have work outside Canada as this is not of there concern ( their concern is not to stay out Canada more than 1095 days)?

third and Finally I can proof them the period that I spend outside Canada from the entry stamp and exit stamp of the country that I reside in on my passport ?

thanks in advance for your Information
Regards,
