As per BLS Indian passport reneweal at Toronto 4-6 weeks, may take longer, applied on Aug 23, 2019 and i travel in the 7th week, have bought my ticket, can anyone advise what are my option if I don not receive my Passport within 4-6 weeks

If your travel is at the end of the SEVENTH week, then you get into a comfort zone. Who knows, you might get it in 4 weeks, so, keep your fingers crossed.

A few agents do book with a small fee for change of travel date. If you have availed that feature, then, you are in a better position to avail that, if you do need that change of date feature. Please ask them and find out.
