There are a lot of agencies that do the baby sitting in Chennai.
All you need is a call.
We have hired a full time care giver for my mom.
Details per month a follows -
1. ESI/PF / Recruiters commission - Rs 2000 per month
2. Salary - Rs 12000 per month
3. Additional cooking - Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 a month
4. Additional cleaning the house - basic - Rs 3000 a month
You will need to give your children room to her. 24 hours a day she will be with your children. 1 paid day off per month.
