I am issued Traffic ticket for violating STOP sign. Please guide me how to get rid of 3 demerit points. I am appearing for first meeting in court. Do I need to consult any traffic ticket specialist?

Try traffic busters. There are a lot of these who are police officers. The rate hike in insurance is much steeper.

How much bugs usually these people charge to get rid of traffic tickets. I was also issued a fail to stop on Red ticket by a cop last november. I have a court appearence in July for this.

I think you mean bucks. It usually costs anywhere from 200-400 bucks depending on the type of ticket. Some of them have a guarantee whereby you only pay if they win (but there's usually some catch).
