No Idea about "Kipps" . Never Heard of it.

1 bedroom basement suite in Surrey about 500$ and in Burnaby 1 Bedroom apt woul dbe appx 750 $ but it may come with a 1 year lease etc.

We pay 425 for 1 bedroom basement in Surrey. Laundry facility is not there. Most of the two BRs in Surrey that include laundry are around 550 $.
You can find ads outside desi shops and laundries.
