now question is i am a born canadian-----living/working outside canada---- got eloped---madly in love with each other-----we had done court marriage and after that he got deported from USA------no criminal records--------would like to move back to Canada with him and start our marriage life together.
What r the complications of sponsoring him?
Do i need to move back to canada to sponsor him or can i stay with him and sponsor?
Ppl around me r suggesting that i should forget about sponsoring him and stay with him. But i would like to live in Canada with him so plz advice me what is best.

Forget what people around you are saying. As a Canadian citizen you can sponsor him from outside Canada. I don't see any complication except if the embassy doubts the genuineness of your marriage. At that point, you contact me.
