If you are applying for first time after getting your citizenship, remember to take 1) Cancelled PR Papers, 2) Old Indian Passport. Otherwise they will not process the application. Park the car behind the consulate, there is paid parking. Parking Ticket in Toronto costs $95. You do not want to have that for sure.
