Hi
I have come across a company (through a friend of mine) who are in a hiring spree and requires large number of people to man their 24x7 Inbound Technical Support Helpdesk in Missig/Toronto. There is absolutely no selling involved in this position.
The company is a MNC with 23000 employees and have operations in 52 countries, including India.

I have Marketing/Sales background with Mech Engg. / MBA as a background? Do you see myself having a chance of even landing an interview?
Well, there's no harm in trying!! Besides, wheather ur quals. matches the company's requirement is for the compay to say, who am I to decide??
