I would like to know from you friends, about the opportunities that exist in In bound call centres as Technical Support Representative/Help desk/ Customer Support Representative jobs. What are the specific skills that employer will look for.

I want to develop these skills while I am in India. I am having immigrant visa.

I thought all the call center jobs are moving to South Asian countries, like India
