Basic qualifications & required skills include:

High school diploma.
One year's customer service experience preferred.
Passion for customer service
Familiarity with computers
Passionate about learning, and helping customers,
Ability to work as an individual and as a team player.
Flexibility to work between 6 am and midnight.any day of the week

The office is situated at Flavelle blvd on Erin Mills parkway and north Sheridan Drive.

Salary includes $ 29,000 per year, employee stock options, benefits including drug, prescription, vision and dental from DAY ONE, excellent team, supervisory support, and very friendly atmosphere. You are also eligible for 7 days sick leave per year, and vacation leave banked, depending on the length of your employment.


You could become a technical support representative within 3 months, where the starting salary is $ 32,000 per year with full benefits. There are numerous internal postings and the company encourages employees to apply for positions in group companies.

I have many replies to my posting about my company hiring CSR's. I find that in the current form, many resumes would not be considered. I have sent emails toa fe fellow desis with my suggestions about how to fine tune their resumes. I can hardly stress that my company is more interested in what your achievements wer (in your previous jobs), and what skills you bring to Star choice.

Starchoice would not be interested in your job description, about the size of your company, the number of employees etc. A recruiter would be interested in knowing what you do or did (in terms of tangible achievments).

It would be a great idea to incorporated \"action words\" from the list below, to describe your achievements and your contribution.
