Hi,
Please share if you are aware of the Salary range for the following.
(Location Toronto and other regions..).
Job 1. Oracle DBA (6 years Experience).
Job 2. Oracle Apps DBA (5 years Experience). (Oracle ERP/CRM).
Experiences of both the above people are from US (does it help)..
Following Sites give you a Salary survey but I am trying to know if some one is aware of the salary of the above skills around you.

The best way to find this out may be to cold-call agencies around the city and inquire about DBA position + salary. And everything else you've listed on the post. Then tally the average by yourself. That, I believe, would give you the most accurate results for GTA.

This may not be too relevant but the Yahoo Immigration Canada group had a message posted today about a company in Saskatoon that couldn't find any IT specialists to hire - DBA was mentioned.
Saskatoon may not be the dream location but for any unemployed IT specialists, the chance to start somewhere must be worth looking into.

6 yrs experience can be from 65k to 85k
Other than that almost all companies have slabs for this kind of position. and they are mostly flexible with it by 10 -15% ..if they like the candidate. How much experience do you have?
