Greetings,
One of my friends in India is inquiring about Indian universities that may be affiliated with good foreign universities at the undergrad or grad levels in such a way that makes it easier for someone to move to the foreign university after completing his/her education in the Indian university.
Her daughter would like to pursue higher studies at the grad level in a university abroad (US, Canada, Australia or Western Europe).
Is anyone aware of any such programs offered by any Indian universities at the undergrad (Bachelor's degree) level?

dalhousie university in Halifax NOva scotia is a fgood univ and they are reosonable in price. most of their kids are from abroad.

My friend is interested in universities that run affiliated programs with universities in India, so that a student there can relatively easily transfer to a higher education program abroad.
