Am I missing sthg here ??? Were you not the one who recently had put advtmt of on line indian channels for $ 4.99 in different sections in charcha ????

You did not see it well. The individual had advertised his services. The moderators edit his post and displayed in his post's that no advertising was allowed in the charcha section.
