NO SELLING INVOLVED
Since its launch a couple of weeks ago, its going through a steady growth phase and I want to implement my strategy of having associates in each major city to help further drive the growth of the site. I am starting with few associates at a time and am currently looking for people to help drive the growth in each of these areas.
1)Mississauga
2)GTA
These positions will NOT:
-have a base pay
-make you rich in a few days.
-bring easy/big money.
-Be for you if you are not a go getter and believe in the concept.
This is:
-A chance to encourage those services and businesses that are deserving of the same, due to their excellent attention to customer needs.
- Help people, especially newcomers to communities, find good services.
-An opportunity to be part of a startup company (with all the associated risks).
-Potential for growth.
-Something you can do part-time.
-An opportunity to get a percentage of the sales in your area.
Requirements:

-Integrity and a positive attitude.
-Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English (written and verbal)
-Computer literate. Internet and phone connection. Associates will be required to correspond with listed services by phone and/or e-mail. Associates will also be required to validate contributions to the site and do some online research.
- Knowledge of the community they live in. The longer you have been living in your community the better you will be able to part of servicedomino.com
-An hour or two per day, depending on the activity of your area. You will set your own timings.

Mods,
Looks like advertisement to me in the Charcha.
Would this not be better, if it was in the classified sections.
By leaving this in the Charcha/Jobs Available, it would entice other people to post their situations required (where the salary is based on comission) in Charcha/Jobs Available. To me it is no different from Primerica, Amway, Quikstart etc....
If however, you feel that it can be in the Charcha/Jobs Available, Then please delete my post.

its not an mlm scheme. Each territory is allotted to only one individual and nobody else is responsible for that area. The mods are ofcourse free to hook up with me...they have my phone #. I actually approached one of the mods to know if he was interested in the Toronto area.
I really did not have to wait 4 yrs and over 2000 posts to spring an mlm scheme on anyone
I forgot to mention...and thats probably the reason why our resident genius is on this case.
THERES NO SELLING INVOLVED. Though you can if you want to. The site sells itself.
I do the advertising and selling. Try typing "recommended realestate agent" in google and you will see my ad.
The associates are not expected to sell anything. I need them primarily to filter out false recommendations and to attend to clients by relaying info to me. The associate gets a percentage of any listing in their area that is upgraded, and/OR a percentage any ads(apart from google ads) placed within that area IRRESPECTIVE of wether they were at any time involved in the listing or recommendation.

Whether this involves selling or not..does it need to be in 'charcha' ?- unless we are making an 'charcha' out of an advertisement.
Jake, I appreciate your noble concern to help fellow new comers, but by soliciting resumes, you are 'advertising' for a potential job/career opportunity with possible monetory benefits to advertiser and the respondent.
You being a moderator on the forum in the past, I personally believe - should not tread in the grey area..

I wasnt picking on you specifically, it just happens to be you. I have had and still have immense respect for you and your knowledge and I learn from your friends, you are a great person too..
Now and again there are many posters advertising in the charcha and I try to point them to the MOD as and when I feel so (BL will vouch for that) - time permitting. Some of them (posters) may have been ignorant while other have done so with a delibrate intention - with you having been a moderator in the past and still a very active contributor to this forum should have abstained from taking this liberty.

With 90 % of the jobs in this subsection section being 'monetary' opportunities for both or either one of the people involved...what you are saying honestly does not hold much water.
This subsection....jobs>available IS for posting such opportunities right? How is it that I am taking any liberty? it has been established that
1) There is no selling it is not a MLM scheme. I am looking more for admin/cs people rather than marketing people.
2) there is no deception...I'm upfront about what it is and what it is not. I dont want to waste anyones time so those who do not believe in the concept will not contact me. I have made deliberate efforts to make sure that only people who think its a good idea will contact me. Everything should be clear to any potential applicant, about what they are getting into.
How is this an advertisement? Like the others, it seems like an job opportunity(part-time)....the very reason for this subsection. You perhaps need to think the reason for this subsection? Jobs> Available, is for what?
Anyway you are helping me clarify(if it was needed for anyone) my posting. That itself is a good thing. So no offence taken.
