I honestly do not believe this section was intended for posting jobs - the relevant section would be under classifieds. If there have been miscreants in the past, that does not mean it is allowed.
In my opinion, that section is for discussing job related issues and we do see a lot of informative 'charcha' there. However, the purpose of subsections 'available' and 'wanted' is a mystery to me as well which only the MODs can clarify.

Having been on the site for 4-5 yrs...i was always under the impression and still am that it is meant to post available jobs. Likewise the 'wanted' section is for those looking for jobs.
If it is a mystery to you perhaps you should not have made the comments about my post...that you did? Maybe you even owe me an apology
?Anyway, like I said...your input and the ensuing discussion helped me clarify the posting apart from an advertisement for my site judging by the skyrocketing traffic. At this rate I probably dont have to advertise on google anymore.

The only service that I can think of right now..to save me is '911'..
