hi
i am planning to rent a apartment one bedroom for a family of three
(not in a basement though)
can anyone throw light that
apart from monthly rent and parking
what else do i have to pay for in addition
and what location in mississauga will provide me free parking
have checked a few apartments with free parking but
locality is not so safe
pls guide

Rent normally includes utilities-heat, hydro, water, A/C, parking and locker. In some newer buildings the condos are equiped with separate hyro meters, and the tenant pay his/her own hydro. 1 bedroom rental in buildings with amenities, 24 hr security etc. start from approx. $1100 pm. in Mississauga.
