Hi ,
Also what are the things one should be looking for in apartments?
most of them include hydro/electric/water and some parking too whereas some do not. How much do these services come monthly on an average , if not included in the rent?
How much cable,internet and cell phone come to monthly? What are the different options available for each of those so that i can start contacting and get to understand the difference in their services.
Would appreciate the responses.

It all depends on your usage. But thats not the answer you were looking for were you??
For Hydro/Gas/Water.........I pay anywhere from150-225 depending on what season it is.
For cable, internet and cellphone compare them from these websites and you will have an idea as to what it could come to.
