It's look like Minto offering high rent. (Approx. $50/month more)

Do you have another building name or contact number near to Bayshore Mall?

I talked to sunview apt, it's required appointment to view the Apt. and I have booked an appointment.

Is it necessary to book an appointment to view apt for all other building?

I am in Toronto and coming to Ottawa on 24th May. I want to see apt on 24th or 25th May and book an appointment if required because I won't have time during business hours from 28th May.

Could you please list the building name and contact number?

yes you need an appointment to c the appartment. you can book appointment with minto rental office for that. i think minto manage 6-8 apparrtment buildings near bayshore mall and the number of minto rental in bashore is (i think) 613-782-2227. yes rent will vary from building and appartment location. some appartments has really nice outside view.
