An outstanding performance by Mohanlal in the movie Araan(Tamil) and the malayalam version Keerti Chakra as Major Mahadevan.

This movie has been extensively shot in Kashmir and deals with the current Military-Terrorism episodes. Eventhough it has actual action with real guns and bullets it ends up as a typical revenge movie.

Mohan Lals acting is controlled and outstanding !.

You will never say that, if you happen to see the crowd outside the theaters where Keerthi Chakra being played. Its true that he acted in some silly films of late. But Rasathanthram and Keerthichakra were the biggest hits so far.
