IMO, coaching pak team is the worst job in cricket. Internal (within the team) and external (board, politicians) bickerings, substance abuse, super egos, etc. takes the toll. After the first match against WI, both Inzy and his deputy Younis Khan clased openely (verbal) infront of the entire team. As long as the players have the backing of the selectors, they dont give a damn to the captain.
