I have purchase home, but the ex-owner doesn’t finish the work as listed in home inspection.
Than he give me personal, which is return without fund.
Is the real estate agent from my side and seller side is responsible or my lawyer was responsible?
Can I file a case base on personal check return? Or Can I complain for real estate agen?
Thank you,

Thank you, for your time to reply my question.
During the home inspection, the inspector find out that two window was broken, my real estate agent write in that paper (whatever you name that contract paper etc.) that seller has to repair window.
During the closing date I got that key from my lawyer with everything is clear, when I open home lot of things was mess-up, that window is still same condition. some door found damage etc..
I took picture about all the damage things and send e-mail with picture to my agent.
After calling him server times I got a check from seller to repair window. That check doesn’t return.
Now I am calling my agent he doesn’t answer, my lawyer doesn’t answer.
This is the situation, is there any way I can get money to repair window?
Thank you,

thank you, I appreciate your reply. You are right not answering calls isn't very professional on their behalf, but...
I got valuable information from Canadiandesi.com before landing to Canada, which make me think that all the Desi in Canada are very nice/co-operative etc…
But I was wrong, very wrong, starting from real estate agent, lawyer, car mechanic etc…I have very bad experience with Desi. It could be my luck, that I get only bad Desi for business..
