Need recommendations for a good

- real estate lawyer
- home inspector
- mrtg broker/agent

for finalizing a home purchase within the next couple of months.

Yes, I am buying through an agent, but have not signed up formally with him, nor do I intend to. I would like to appoint my own inspector/lawyer, instead of going in for agent recommended ones. You know what I mean!!!
